The Chapel operates through dedicated volunteer committees that focus on all aspects of our chapel's operations and activities. Serving on a committee is a meaningful way to contribute your skills and talents to our fellowship.

Communicates with or visits any member absent from the Memorial Table for a period of six weeks to learn the cause of the absence and then reports its finding to the Arranging brothers for consideration.

Looks after the general maintenance of the building.
Keeps the furnace in good working order by way of regular inspections and scheduling annual preventive maintenance visits by a licensed boiler inspection company.
Schedules semi annual cleaning of the gutters.
Schedules annual termite inspections.

Has the responsibility of looking after the meeting grounds. This includes cutting the grass, trimming the bushes/trees, cleaning up around the meeting hall, maintaining and improving the hardscape and landscape, removing snow, ice, leaves and so forth.
Petitions the Arranging brothers for funds for repairs and improvements, and keeps the AB informed of progress.

Visits with and provides meals to members and/or their families who are recovering or suffering from grave illness, surgery, the birth of a child, or any life affecting event where a visit and a meal would be uplifting.
Organizes potlucks and meals prior to ecclesial election and business meeting.
Coordinates coffee and snacks for Sunday School.
Organizes refreshments for baptisms.

Keeps members informed of activities going on in the local brotherhood, as well as plan regular events and make sure there are activities taking place regularly for all ages.

Seeks out service opportunities where our membership can shine their light before men so that God may be glorified. It allows members to feel comfortable "preaching" by speaking through their loving actions for others.

Sends cards, flowers, fruit baskets, and so forth to those who are experiencing illness, loss of a loved one, have a new baby, etc:

Invites and takes guests attending the Memorial Service to lunch at the expense of the ecclesia.

Maintains and operates audio and visual equipment for all services and other functions when needed.
Creates and manages all online content for the ecclesia for both external and internal audiences (may work with the Outreach Committee to assist with external content)
